Their recent expansion including the provision of a project marketing/development showroom in an up-market esthetic environment is the most recent example of their creative approach to enhance their client’s properties.

Michael Hasemer’s experience includes extensive knowledge in the building and development industry having commenced in his youth at the grass roots level in carpentry, subsequently evolving through to his own development projects across the Sydney Basin. His honest and friendly approach combined with his knowledge in Real Estate has earned him the respect of clients and competitors alike. His more recent endeavours have rounded out and enriched his knowledge base including time in Sales on the Lower North Shore of Sydney and more recently as the partner of an energetic Real Estate Agency in the fashionable & highly competitive Mosman Real Estate market.
Cary Svanberg (or Kez as he is also known) is a man of integrity, honesty and commitment, born through almost 12 years of service in the Australian Regular Army, which saw him achieve the rank of Captain. He has since experienced Real Estate sales with two other leading Sydney franchises, having attained his former agency’s award for top salesperson. Highly ethical in his approach, his easy going nature has won him the trust of those he comes in contact with in his dealings in residential and investment sales.
